Using other third party applications, such as 'Irfanview', does show the lens ID number included in the EXIF info for cameras with AFMA that can discriminate between two copies of the same lens model. The screenshot above was taken from an image captured with a Canon EOS 7D Mark II using an EF 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS II lens manufactured in 2010. Canon lens serial number lookup. Canon's own 'Digital Photo Professional' does not display the lens ID number, either.

The phone handset will show a 'car' or 'headset' symbol to indicate it is in handsfree profile. Also, when in phone mode, the audio head unit or touch screen will confirm a phone is correctly connected via the cradle. Land Rover InControl Apps enables you to use vehicle optimised smartphone apps on the vehicle's touch screen by connecting your smartphone with a USB cable to the dedicated InControl Apps USB port. Once connected, the apps on the vehicle's touch screen have the same look and feel as they do on your smartphone. A variety of approved vehicle optimised apps such as: Contacts, Calendar and Music Player will be available, with more third party vehicle optimised apps becoming compatible over time for a continually fresh and personal user experience. Your smartphone will also be charged through the USB cable.

Land Rover Cell PhoneReally Land Rover?
I spent $80K on a vehicle that doesn’t even have an integrated entertainment system as good as a Hyundai! I travel and rent cars lots. These days if I plug my iPhone into the USB connector of the rental car 99 times out of 100 I can control the entertainment - Pandora or Apple Music - direct from the car’s console. Nope, not in my Range Rover Sport.
I love the vehicle for the ride through all kinds of nasty conditions - snow, ice, rain..but I am nearly forced to listen to the radio like I were stuck in the 90’s. Come in Land Rover! Outsource your software development to people who know how to do it. Stick to designing and manufacturing cars and let professionals implement what has already been used by dozens of car companies around the world. I am just hoping that someday there will magically be a software update that makes this all better..if not it is the very last Range Rover I’ll buy! Terrible app in a great car
I love my Evoque: it got me through rain, snow storms, icy roads. But while 2 years ago I could plug in my iPhone and enjoy music, it now came to a point that I'm not able to connect at all: not through USB or Bluetooth. The only thing I can periodically achieve is plug in the phone, manually open up music album and project it through car's stereo system, while interface reads 'Unknown title, Unknown artist'. After recent app update I was hoping for some improvement, but nothing changed. I finally deleted the app. Have to stick with satellite radio!!
I don't know how much of this is Apple fault, since I'm not able to sync the phone on my Corvette's CarPlay either: it crashes the interface and both companies blame each other. But at least Bluetooth connection works ( sort of). Trash this system. Bring Apple Play / Google Systems, or we’ll move to BMW/Mercedes/Volvo
Similar problems to 99.9% of people here. Instead of doing what most car brands are doing - going with the two standards of companies that know how to develop software, LR has the brilliant idea of developing their own system. It’s functionality is light years behind Apple and Google, whenever it works. But it never works! It plays for 5-20 seconds until it is disconnected. I took my car twice to the dealer, but the answer was that the system doesn’t work with IPhone X, 18 months after the X was launched!
So basically there is no way to charge your phone with the car’s USB because it will disconnect the music every few seconds. I had to buy a power pack to charge my IPhone! So I can listen to plain radio. All this in 2019! The other day I rode on a friend’s $20k volkswagen and his infotainment system was FAR superior than my $67k Discovery. Planning to change my car next year. I am dreaming with a Range Rover full version, but if LT has not come out finally with Apple Play; I’ll go for a BMW, Mercedes or Volvo. Bye bye Land Rover, after being a loyal customer since 2008 LR2 : ( Land Rover Explore PhoneInformation
